The hospital also launched a new executive suite during the year. The suite introduced a private room, improved comfort, and personalized care for patients seeking premium services. Uptake exceeded expectations within the first month. Patient feedback highlighted privacy, convenience, and faster service flow. The strong response confirmed rising demand for enhanced inpatient care at Mother and Child Hospital.

We continued to offer both normal deliveries and C-sections under SHA cover, working to make pre-authorization and package top-ups (like Silver and Gold) clear and straightforward for expecting parents.

To serve our community better, we significantly expanded our specialist clinics. Patients can now access expert care in gynecology, pediatrics, ENT, orthopedics, dermatology, dental, optical, nutrition, and mental health without needing multiple referrals. We dedicated ourselves to simplifying the insurance process. By strengthening coordination with SHA and private insurers, we improved claims follow-up. A renewed focus on patient education at admission and discharge helped families better understand their coverage, reducing uncertainty.
