Customer Service Week 2025: Celebrating Our Patients and Staff
Mother and Child Hospital celebrated this year’s Customer Service Week with gratitude and appreciation for our patients and staff. The week focused on the values that guide us every day: care, empathy, and respect.
Customer Service Week is held globally to recognize people who serve and support others. At Mother and Child Hospital, it is an opportunity to thank both our team and our patients for their continued trust. The celebrations reflected our belief that healthcare is not only about treatment but also about kindness and human connection.
The week began with a reflection session led by department heads. Staff from all units took part in discussions about what good service means in a hospital setting. The management team expressed sincere thanks to every staff member for their hard work and dedication.
The highlight of the week was the celebration of new mothers. The maternity and postnatal wards were filled with joy as staff presented gifts to mothers who had recently delivered. Each new mother received a bouquet of roses and a traditional dera as a symbol of love and appreciation. The roses represented happiness and new beginnings. The deras reflected comfort, dignity, and cultural pride.
This gesture was meant to thank mothers for their loyalty and continued trust in Mother and Child Hospital. Many families choose to return to the hospital for deliveries, child wellness visits, and other healthcare needs. The gifts were a small way of saying thank you for allowing the hospital to be part of their journey.
Hospital staff personally delivered the gifts and took time to congratulate each mother. The warm smiles and happy moments captured during the visits reminded everyone of the joy that comes from serving others.
The hospital’s customer relations and digital marketing teams worked together to share these moments on social media. The posts celebrated not only the new mothers but also the spirit of service that defines the hospital.
Management thanked the staff for making the week meaningful and successful. The Chief Executive Officer highlighted that great service is everyone’s responsibility, from the receptionist to the medical specialists. Every interaction shapes how patients feel and how much they trust the hospital.
Mother and Child Hospital’s commitment to service excellence continues beyond Customer Service Week. The hospital remains focused on delivering quality, affordable, and compassionate care for every patient.
As the week came to a close, many new mothers shared their appreciation for the thoughtful gifts. They said the flowers and deras made them feel cared for and valued. These responses showed that small gestures can leave a lasting impression.
Mother and Child Hospital thanks all patients, families, and staff for making Customer Service Week 2025 memorable. Together, we continue to build a community of care and trust for everyone who walks through our doors.
